Sutradhaar Bharat is an online platform owned and operated by Sutradhaar Bharat, offering handloom and handcrafted products, including textiles, apparel, home décor and other artisan-made products.

As a result, certain products may have natural variations in colour, texture, weave, print, finish or appearance. Such variations are inherent characteristics of handcrafted and handloom products and are not considered manufacturing defects.

We do not directly store your complete payment card or banking information.

We currently offer free shipping across India.

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 working days after order confirmation. Delivery generally takes 7–10 days from the date of dispatch, unless a different timeline is specifically mentioned on the product page.

Delivery timelines may vary due to factors such as the shipping location, courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, natural events or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Our products are carefully inspected before dispatch.

We accept exchange requests for eligible products in cases such as receiving a wrong or defective product, subject to the conditions mentioned in our Returns & Exchange Policy.

Since our products are handcrafted and handloom, natural variations in weave, texture, colour, print and finish may occur and are not considered defects.
