Returns & Exchanges

At Sutradhaar Bharat, we take great care to ensure that every product is thoroughly checked and carefully packed before dispatch.

As our products are handloom and handcrafted by skilled artisans, hence natural variations in weave, texture, colour, print and finish may occur. These variations are inherent to handmade products and are a part of their unique character. They must not be considered defects.

In case of a damaged or incorrect product

If you receive an incorrect product or the product was damaged during transit, you may request an exchange by contacting us within 48 hours of delivery.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

Please inspect your package carefully at the time of delivery.

If the package appears damaged or tampered:

• Do not accept the delivery
• Mention the issue on the delivery receipt
• Take clear photos/videos
• Inform our team immediately

If a damaged package is accepted without proper proof, we may not be able to process an exchange request.

Your order number and proof of purchase
Reason for the exchange request
Clear photographs of the product
An unboxing video of the parcel, showing the complete sealed package before opening and the product immediately after unpacking

Once we receive your request, our team will review the details. If your exchange request is approved, we will confirm the same with you by email.

Please note

Change-of-mind, personal preference, size/style preference, or minor variations inherent to handcrafted products are not eligible for exchange.
Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order. Requests received after this period will not be accepted.
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
The product must be returned with its original packaging, tags and labels intact.
Exchange is subject to product availability. If the same product is unavailable, we will discuss the available options with you.
Products that have been used, altered, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original tags/packaging will not be eligible for exchange.
